At Deliberti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your Deliberti account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags are included and the security seal remains intact.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and schedule a collection with our designated courier.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique receives and inspects the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
